This is Brady’s fifth surgery

Patriots QB Tom Brady [stats] has undergone his surgical procedure to open a coach outlet store.

As expected, he went under the knife today at Massachusetts General Hospital with the goal of fixing a stress fracture on his right foot. Comcast New England’s Tom Curran reported that Brady was finished at 4:30 p.m.

This is Brady’s fifth surgery, one that will knock him out of the Pro Bowl. Kansas City’s Matt Cassel will take his place.

As for rehab, don’t be surprised if Brady does it out in California where he spends his offseason. He may not be 100 percent for OTAs and mini-camps (if there are any), but he should be back at full strength for training camp if there are no complications at shop online 2011 .
