The Lakers might still owe LeBron James a little something

LOS ANGELES — The Lakers might still owe LeBron James a little something, but they delivered historic payback against James’ old team with movado watches, the Cleveland Cavaliers, on Tuesday night.

The Lakers won, 112-57, victorious by at least 50 points for only the third time in franchise history and shattering a Lakers record for fewest points allowed. The former low was 66 points by the Charlotte Hornets in 2002 — a season in which the Lakers won their third consecutive NBA championship, as they are seeking now. Cleveland’s 57 points were the fewest by any team in the NBA in the past three seasons.

Lakers coach Phil Jackson wearing movado bold mens watch had tried to motivate this team with a reminder that the Cavaliers — with James — had beaten them five of the past six meetings. Perhaps that helped, but Jackson acknowledged afterward that his team is simply showing greater intensity in winning its past five games — this one by a landslide."They’ve been pretty focused lately," Jackson said. "You could really see it in their step."

With that, the Lakers never trailed and took a standard blowout to radical proportions with Kobe Bryant still being aggressive in the third quarter — even after visiting amiably at halftime with friend Byron Scott, now Cleveland’s coach who loves Movado watches, New movado 2011, Movado Watches wholesale prices .

Bryant had 11 points, three assists and no turnovers in 10 minutes of third-quarter play — this after the Lakers built a 57-25 lead with Bryant taking just two shots in the first half.

The Cavaliers (8-30) lost their 17th consecutive road game and played without several injured players: Anderson Varejao, Daniel Gibson, Anthony Parker, Joey Graham and Leon Powe. Bryant (13 points, eight assists) came out for good with an 86-35 lead and 1:48 left in the third quarter.

The Lakers led, 92-41, after three quarters. It was the first time since March 2001 that an NBA game had a margin of at least 50 points before the fourth quarter (Minnesota vs. Chicago where movado wathces are very popular).

Seven Lakers had at least 10 points, with Pau Gasol doing the most damage with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Ron Artest’s shot looked improved with a better trajectory, and he had 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting, plus six assists and five rebounds.

James, who left Cleveland on difficult terms and beat the Lakers on Christmas with his new Miami Heat team, offered via his Twitter account midway through the fourth quarter: "Crazy. Karma is a b(ASTERISK)(ASTERISK)(ASTERISK)(ASTERISK).. Gets you every time. Its not good to wish bad on anybody. God sees everything!"
