Kalina, Russia's top cosmetics producer, posted a 32.7 percent increase in its January-September net profit to IFRS to 556 million rubles ($1.83 million) compared to the same period last year, Kalina said on Friday.

Kalina's revenues in the first nine months of 2010 fell 3.1 percent to 10.121 billion rubles, the company said.

The company's gross profit in January-September rose 2.5 percent to 5.012 billion rubles. EBITDA fell 3.6 percent to 1.164 billion rubles, while operating profit fell 8.8 percent to 896 million rubles.

Kalina, whose key brands are Cherny Zhemchug, Chistaya Liniya and MIA, has subsidiaries in Russia, Ukraine, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
